Salo series Chef Yana Gilbuena continued her whirlwind tour of tasty last night as she brought her pop-up kamayan dinner to Sacramento. For dessert, she collaborated with Vampire Penguin Shaved Snow and Desserts to create a delicious deconstructed halo-halo. We were there to get our hands messy and snap some pics.
